It’s that time of year again. Mark your calendars. ROT Rally is June 11-14th. Another outstanding rally is promised with 4 days of bike contests, a motorcycle parade, XFC fighting and over 300 vendors.
As one of Texas‘ largest rallys, you will have a chance to show off in the ride-in motorcycle contests and bike games involving riding skills of both pilot and passenger. Don’t miss the "The World Famous Wall of Death!" featuring professional stunt riders who race their bikes and high-powered go-karts, reaching speeds of over 50 mph, on the side of a vertical wall. "The World Famous Wall of Death" is the only wall in the world to incorporate sword swallowing, fire eating and other freak-show stunts into the show.
Somewhat off the beaten path is "The Greatest Little Show on Earth," in the form of midget wrestling. The Micro Wrestling Federation (MWF) will host three explosive undercard matches before the main event, "Battle Royal!" The line up of the undercards included: 2 single midget wrestling matches, "Kiss the midget for a prize," and the first time ever female on female midget match known as the, "Micro Divas!" Following the undercards is the main event, "Battle Royal," where all of the Micro Wrestlers are in the ring at one time and only one will leave victorious. Aside from the usual supects of celebrity custom bike builders, there will also be plenty of sun, bikes, music and more.

Great Ride During ROT
Austin to Fredericksburg –
Approximately 80 miles one way Go west on Hwy. 290 at Oak Hill. Turn south on Hwy. 165 at Henly. Proceed to Blanco. Take FM 1888 at Blanco west to Luckenbach. Take FM 1376 approximately 4 miles north to Hwy. 290, turn west into Fredericksburg. Scenic, good roads and you can visit Blanco and of course Luckenbach which is alwyas loaded with bikers during this weekend. There is a general store/bar open since 1849 an old blacksmith shop and dance hall. Check their web site for events and music listings (live music almost every night — luckenbachtexas.com).
Fredericksburg has many fine German restaurants with great shopping and handmade items. If nothing else, enjoy the sun and the great scenery.
